• A roof built from aluminum sections entirely clad in pvc-u profiles making it strong but elegant.
  
• All roof glazing uses 25mm multi-wall opal polycarbonate sheets, cut precisely to fit ensuring that you can get professional results with no specialist tools or skills.
  
• Panel sash windows fitted with friction hinges and espagnolette fittings with locking handles so you can open the window as much or as little as you like.
  
• Doors with high security multipoint locking mechanisms to keep you and your family secure

• PANEL SYSTEM – 60mm 3 chamber for overall strength and stability
• DOUBLE GLAZING – 24mm thickness for improved thermal performance and noise reduction
• ROOF PITCH – Victorian & Edwardian is 22.5º and the Lean2 is only 4º which makes it suitable for most bungalows
• ROOF MATERIAL – 25mm polycarbonate to give greater improved thermal performance compared with most competitors
• SASH PANELS - On Victorian 625mm panels it is 450mm to centre drop - On Edwardian and Lean2 750mm panels it is 350mm to centre drop
• FIXED PANELS - All fixed panels have transoms to align with sash panels, giving a continuous transom line all around building to give a uniform visual appearance
• CILL - A pre-drilled, easy to install and strong aluminium joint system with a simple location channel. No fixings required due to integrated panel connection system
• PANEL TO CILL FIXING – a simple location channel on cill means no fixings are required due to integrated panel connection system
• PANEL CONNECTION SYSTEM – we use an aluminium panel coupler system. The coupler slides between the panels and over brackets. 2 screws fix into brackets.
• RAFTER FIXINGS - Rafters drop onto two up-turned bolts and are then tightened by a nut. A socket set & spanner is required but there are no rafters to drill
• HEAD TO PANEL FIXING – The reinforcer brackets in the panel coupling system are easy to fix. No steps or ladders are required.
• SEALING ROOF - PVC claddings are pre-cut to length, snap/slide fit co-extrusions form a tight seal to the polycarbonate roof sheets so no gaskets are needed
• FRENCH DOOR HINGES - Mila lift off pin hinge system, 3D/way adjustmen for total control of door system.
• HARDWARE - Mila hardware throughout, 3 way adjustable hinges used on all door sets.
