Full Door Specification
Door & side panel construction

- GRP compression moulded skins. Choice of external colour, white internal.
- GRP is commonly used for making boat hulls, such as luxury yachts like the Sunseeker.
- 100% CFC free polyurethane thermally insulated core.
Locking mechanism

- Fllex Crimbeater, secured by design
- 20mm radiused stainless steal face plate
- Tested to PAS23 & PAS24 (BSI kitemark)
- Fully adjustable keepsets, integral latch snib
- Deep throw bolts
PVC outerframe

- Dedicated 70mm chamfered composite door outerframe specifically design to work with 44mm door leafs incorporating weatherseal channels
Reinforcing Specification

- Galvanised steel reinforcement
Fan Light construction

- Single piece welded frame using dedicated composite door 'T' transom (see diagram below)
Door slab edging

- 2mm PVC edging with Ash grain effect embossing
- Trimmed and radiused edges to match door leaf
- CNC routed to match radius of lock faceplate and hinges
Hardware colour

- Fully suited in gold, chrome and black. All hardware fully fitted to the door, with the exception of numerals
Handle type

- Lever/Lever. Colour suited to hardware selection. Pad handles also available (see extras above)
