Gutter Brackets

The gutter bracket then locates, firstly by clipping under the dedicated channel in the eaves beam/box gutter, and then by pushing down.
When fitting the gutter brackets you will find enough supplied to space them at 600mm centre with a minimum distance of 150mm away from each gutter stop end/angle.
Note: The gutter brackets must be fitted prior to glazing the roof.

Note: Each gutter fitting is marked with an 'insert to here' line. If the gutter fails to reach this line - leakages may occur at those points.

Glazing End Closure

The end closure will be pre-fitted to the polycarbonate. As each glazing panel is installed, run a bead of silicone along the joint between the panel and the end closure.

A single bead of silicone is sufficient to seal the end closure with polycarbonate roofs. We recommend an extra two beads of silicone with glass roofs to ensure water tightness as shown.

To allow the end closure, when fitted, to sit at the correct level a 20mm notch is required to the left and right of the glazing end closure as shown.

Note: If you are installing a glas roof - you will be supplied with stock lengths of end closure. You will need to cut this to length and seal as explained above.
