19. Jack bars and hip bars will be prepared with the connecting mechanism. Simply offer the jack bar into position, pull back the spring and hook onto the locating tab. Proceed to tighten the bolt that strikes the eaves beam. 25. Fold down the lead-flashing onto the ridge top cap and end rafter top cap to seal.
26. Seal glazing end closure to polycarbonate as shown here. Ensure this is done before glazing the roof.
21. Offer up the capping to the roof. Using a plastic glazing mallet and working from the back wall, gently knock the ridge top-cap down into position. 27. The internal radius end capping will need trimming according to the pitch of the roof. Then simply clip fit the cap to the body of the radius end using the appropriate tabs.
22. Install the remaining glazing panels one at a time; sealing over the top cap where it meets the rain excluder. 28. Clip the internal ridge clading onto the underside of the ridge.
23. The jack rafter top cap has been pre-cut to the correct angle. Gently knock the cap into place and silicone seal the joint between the jack rafter top cap and the hip cap. 29. Silicone seal all of the internal eaves beam joints before tapping the internal eaves cladding onto the eaves, slide in the corner joiners as you work around.
