Whether assembling a sunlounge or a gable style duo pitched conservatory, the end rafter will sit with its internal face flush to the lip on the inside of the coupling profile PC01 which should be fitted to the top of the angled frame. Once in position screw fix the end rafter into the frame. Fixings will be required at 500mm centres and 150mm away from each end. Where possible use the bolt at each end of the bar for locating the end rafter, it will not always be possible to tighten the nut using angled frames.

Before the end rafter side cladding (XERC1) can be fitted, you will need to fit the gable end cap (XGEC1/XWPC1) to the wallplate/ridge first. The bar end clip then sits up flush to the gable.

(Note. It will be necessary to scribe and cut this so it sits flush!)

Finally the eaves beam end cap can be fitted and scribed to the angle of the roof.
